Room prices 2024

The prices are per person/day with including a plentiful breakfast buffet

• Children under 6 years of age stay free with us; for children between 6 and 14 years of age there is a discount of 50% (when staying in their parents' room or apartment).
• Dogs are not welcome in our establishment.
• Only written confirmation from both parties shall be considered to be binding.
• Our stated prices apply to stays of at least 3 days, otherwise a surcharge of 10% shall be payable.
• You may take possession of your room or apartment from 2 pm on your day of arrival and we request that you vacate by 10 am on your day of departure.
• We prefer cash payment in settlement of your invoice.
• Thank you for understanding that we will still charge you the full amount in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
• Our prices are inclusive of all levies and dues (VAT, electricity, heating).
• In January 2014 a local tourist tax was introduced in South Tyrol. This is not included in the room / apartment rate and amounts to €3,30 per person per night; children under 14 years of age are excluded. The tax is due upon departure and must be paid locally.
• The Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna enables you to make free use of all public lifts and means of transport throughout South Tyrol.

• For every additional adult, we charge a supplement of €16.00.
• The apartments have a shower and WC, spacious double room and a cosy sitting room with additional sleeping facilities, sitting area, safe, telephone, digital TV and internet connection (free wireless internet). The fitted kitchens are equipped with an electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine and tableware. Bed linen, hand towels and tea towels are all available.
• You are welcome to make use of our daily fresh bread service or enjoy our sumptuous breakfast buffet at a cost of €13.00 per person.
• The final clean is included in the price; for interim cleaning we make a charge of €20.00.
